There’s a phone booth free library near the new house.
It seems there has been a problem with someone taking all the books. The solution is a strongly worded note and threat that they’ll be filmed and observed being antisocial. It’s such a kiwi security measure. 
It remind me of a sign I saw in Fiji.
You could take a drink and tell it later in the hostel.
There was a sign ‘God will be watching you’
I never forgot this fun way of telling people about their own responsibility🙏
they should write "big brother is watching you" lol. Can't be far the truth these days in most parts of the world. The concept of library phone booth is really nice tho. I'd totally donate a cupboard full of books.
