You can just add a NIP-05 verification and publish a Nostr badge for top 1% and 0.1%. So it can show up in their profiles elsewhere.
They can be issued by vertex or npub world.
nip05 verification is a great idea.
I am not a fan of badges tbh, and I am not necessarily interested in having the badge show up elsewhere
