The airbnb my wife arrived at was filthy and she had to clean it herself just to sleep.

What’s the point of such services? At least in a hotel if your room is dirty you can get another.

Also, good morning ☀️ 🤙

with a solid enough report, you’ll get your money back 💜

also have a beautiful morning 👏

hope she took pictures of the place before cleaning it up

Yeah hope so too

From everything I’ve been hearing, Airbnb is a shitcoin maxi

Get a hotel for the same price and proper customer service

I say this from a hotel in Boston with every relevant amenity that cost the same as the worst Airbnb

The only reason to do it really is for space if you have kids. It’s hard to keep a little kid in a hotel room sometimes. Plus it’s nice to have a full kitchen when you’d like one.

Isn't this why airbnb is a shitcoin vs actual B&Bs?

I’ve never had a problem with an actual B&B.

Exactly my point.

How much cheaper is Airbnb?

I dunno. I think she went for the comforts of a home vs looking at price

We do that too…mostly to get more space in airbnbs or VRBOs… but they aren’t necessarily cheaper. Definitely file a complaint and you’ll get a refund. They have a decent process for that.

Parents understand 🙌

Air bnb is a pretty terrible tradeoff imo unless you get supremely lucky. Most are just cheaply, shitty run enterprises and it shows throughout the product you get.

I always book via Booking.com. They have the clients as focus. The Booking helpdesk stood besides me when a host tried to rip me. They warned the host he would be banned a year if he would not deliver full service. That convinced him in stop trying to rip me off.

Booking’s helpdesk called me 3times during the conflict.

Never will use AirBnB again, they lack any quality assurance.
