Does it defeat the purpose of eCash if I pay an LN invoice from my eCash wallet? No, right?

I instruct my mint to pay the invoice by sending eCash tokens to the mint. The mint accepts my tokens and pays the invoice.

I think I made a private payment, nobody can link it to me. What does the mint actually learn about the recipient?
