I like this, I like people who value truth and honesty.

What about another hypothetical situation. Let's say due to a climate change policy, we are allowed to have a single child. To monitor that, government forces to register all newborns. If someone has more than 1 child, it is being taken away and executed. You had your second child born today and the authorities come to you and ask how many kids do you have.

Would you lie to government if that could save your child's life?

Not everything or everyone deserves my time, my truth, and my love. Discernment is a virtue.

Government is a social construct, and I try to operate on a more fundamental basis of truth.

It would be a no brainer for me to choose my child - that’s me picking both love and truth. You could perhaps ask this question to a climate change activist.

For some norms, I also find impossible to take one over another. That means things like evolution, love, free will, truth, honesty and generosity on a very fundamental basis go along each other.

Then the question we need to answer, or sometimes to feel, what is artificially created and what is really a truth.

Because truth is never one-sided, and truth can also be subjective, too. Duality is in everything. Without darkness there won't be light, without grief there won't be love...
