The “connected car” is the worst for me because I don’t see any way around it. I think you can still buy a dumb tv. You can lessen the amount that Google knows about you. You can buy the smart tv and not connect it to the internet. But cars, is it possible to reliably disconnect them? Will it nuke 90% of the functionality and bother you with warnings to no end?
