Still simplistic and youthful. Lots of surgeries by older people are an attempt to look like their more youthful selves. Or plenty of women experience significant changes during pregnancy that are just facts of life. “Cope” is typically a word used in a derogatory sense, what is wrong with coping with change if we have the physical ability to do so in a way that someone wants? Body modification is a long practiced part of human expression. Id suggest earrings, tattoos, are forms of “cosmetic” surgery.

But yah I agree people take shit way too far and have awful taste. Unrecognizable lizards indeed. 🤮

they’re chasing somebody they’re not anymore, cause they are not living in the present. if you come to terms with where you are, instead of where you aren’t or used to be, then i don’t think they would be needed

Not trying to agree, just point out that there may come a time where it’s possible to understand cosmetic surgeries and peoples motivations.
