Oh yeah baby regulation hoop. The only times I’ve dunked were off one foot but that was also a LONG time ago. I think I have more power off two feet now. Might have to get a lob from someone.
At the very least I need to start doing plyos again. One of my best friends was in a couple Sprite Slam Dunk Contests so I’m fortunate to have a good coach 😂
