What was his thesis on food? Less meat, more natural sugars?
Bacon was definitely out. But they would sacrifice the “fatted calf” and most of that cow meat would have been eaten by the people. Granted, this didn’t happen everyday.
Anyway, no arguments from me. I eat milk (and butter, yogurt and cheese) and honey everyday. Delicious! 😋
