Weird. I grew up in a city and drank water treated with fluoride half of my life. Then I moved to the country and I drink well water that is not treated and my teeth are actually healthier. 🤷♂️

ingesting fluoride for tooth health is like ingesting sunscreen for skin health. it dont work like that. also what's added to the water is not natural sodium fluoride it's a crazy acidic industrial byproduct
