…for me and those I love who’ve dealt with this, the patience and care of friends, family, matter a whole lot even when one doesn’t know it all the time

a blown open feeling with a missing chunk that feels ‘out there,’ takes the time it takes and never really ends, and sometimes becomes a sort of spectral part of oneself
