Oh man, sorry. My brain read your first reply as Panama. Interesting point. Paraguay is second on my list but quite a bit harder to get to with a family that’s still fairly young. My plan is to investigate both and maybe get residency in both.
I'm interested. I've thought about there, but didn't like the landlocked nature of it. Definitely interested in learning more though
