Plenty of people stay, have children here and never go home. Plenty of people hate America, talk endless shit about Americans and yet want the protection of our laws.
It isn't hard to understand that having higher standards leads to better people coming here.
You're talking about criminals, not tourists... This isn't an immigration conversation, it's tourists. There is no reason to restrict tourism BC some abuse the system. Find the people who over stayed and deport them and ban them from reentry. It's not hard and what you're advocating for is not american. We're supposed to be a shinning city on a hill. Plus we benefit from them coming and spending money. If people "talk shit" about america, why would they vacation here?
Plenty of Chinese "tourists" come here to have babies. This recent social media element is simply a deterent so we don't have to go chasing down every person who abuses our good will. This isn't hard.
