Before autumn I'm going to by a btc miner-heater. And additional my full node is up and running since February. Raspberry pi 4 with umbrel setup.

Congrats, I am waiting for my order as well #BitAxe

Maybe future I will want to run #Bitcoin nodes as well. Start 9 seems is my choice for now.

I'd be interested to hear about your #BitAxe experience. I don't have internet at home, nor a dedicated IP at my office in town. So I run my #Bitcoin node on #Tor at our office 24/7. Not sure how the #BitAxe work, mainly if they need a reachable IP or not.

I am still waiting for the order. It will assign an ip for you. You can excess via browser to view and do setting.

That's neat. I'm piggybacking the office building's internet, so I'm stuck in a CGNat situation. If they create their own external IP, that would be great!

But if you don't have home Internet, I am afraid you can't run it.

I was thinking about running it on the office's internet though.

Great! Is a BTC lottery machine, someone recently successfully mine one block lol. 😘😘

I definitely don't expect to find a block. I run a node, so I figured I may as well contribute to the hash. :)

Your Bitaxe would require only a local ip address but still needs a connection to a pool.
