Since I recently learned about the DoD's sixth audit failure, I thought it timely to post Major General Smedley Butler's "War is a Racket" on habla.news. This is the work in which he famously calls to remove the profits of war. I don't agree with his methods, but I agree with the premise. I like to imagine that if he were alive today, he would recognize the tools we now have at hand, and encourage us to deploy them to this end.
