⚡️🇰🇷 NEWS - South Korean woman sentenced to 2 years in prison for stealing $488,000 in crypto from her boyfriend while he was asleep.

The woman in her forties was convicted of embezzlement and fraud for stealing 683 million won in crypto.

She allegedly used the facial recognition function on her companion's phone to access the crypto funds and transfer them to a wallet belonging to her.

She also allegedly stole his cell phone and a further $1,430 in cash.

She was sentenced to two years in prison by the court.
