AFAIK - when you post a message from client it goes to relay (depends on client implementation, possibly all relays in your list)

To delete post your client can issue optional request to delete (not nip-01) that might or might not be honored by relays (or be even implemented there). Relays can behave in very customized and unexpected way like dropping old data or even not so old data or do some other crazy stuff - there is no enforcement.

Lets assume it works and all relays delete that post, you still have no guarantee that your post was not picked by some crawler/relay that now keeps it and can provide it on request.

So unless you run your own private relay and not using anything public then it is likely impossible.
