The recruitment and “training”processes for new terrorizing operatives and followers of operatives were perfected and implemented upon the public through the Manson family (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/CHAOS:_Charles_Manson,_the_CIA,_and_the_Secret_History_of_the_Sixties)

These days, training new operatives and their followers are done so through online gaming gaming (minecraft etc.), private server chat rooms (discord), and other similar mechanisms where peers talk to peers in “chat room” like settings.

What used to be done through field offices under the guise of free public services are now done at scale more cheaply through these types of “chat rooms”.

I suspect this is how the new generation of training terrorizing operatives like the #charliekirk assassin, school shooters, and others are identified, manipulated, trained, and “given orders” to act.
