I think my biggest gripe with BG3 is that it wants to be divinity original sin, but doesn't have the combat system that meshes well with the retarded enviromental damage system they want you to use. Also at least DOS had a lone wolf mode, where you don't have to bother with the majority of the annoying DM pcs if you don't want them.
