Amazon Music £10.99, Spotify £9.99, Tidal £9.99, Apple Music £10.99 - really can’t decide. I do mainly use Apple products. Conscious of budget too. Don’t like ads. 🤔
Discussion
I've been using Google/YouTube Music for 12 years. I don't have any complaints.
I was just going to add YouTube Music too - seems to be £12.99 here but solid music video selection included too.
YouTube + Brave Browser = Game Changer
Was using Brave browser but recently put off by its inherent “crypto” bloat. How is the game changed with that combo if you care to elaborate?
I get the bloat. I turn a bunch of that stuff off and hide it from the search bar.
You can set the browser up to play YouTube videos in the background. So, when you start a YouTube mix, or any video, you can do other things on your phone or turn the screen off and drive, run, dance, do whatever you do while listening to music. Plus, you might like the commercial situation, or lack thereof 😉
For me, Apple Music has the best quality. But it’s just my opinion.
And your opinion is valued! 🤙🏽
I have been on youtube premium for years. Can't image watching videos with constant ads. But I'm not a fan of YT Music, because of the interface, also don't like mix of videos and songs. Was long subscriber fo Spotify, but now I'm evaluating #Tidal.
Interesting! I do watch a lot of YouTube videos so there is a use-case for signing up to include YT music. But as you say… the interface! I trialed Tidal and I liked it and it includes many music videos too. However, it left a load of orphaned files on my devices, which put me off a little.
