So i committed to the vibe amd coded some more.
The nostr-rs-relay Admin Panel now jas some useful new features.
But: I see that banning through a blacklist in the config.toml is not working correctly. Seems like nostr-rs-relay ignores it. Nevertheless i have pushed it to github. You can delete notes in bulk or individually.
