it's possible they are using a hybrid technique with a passive breacher that creates an open socket with an enzyme style matcher that positions the breacher, but it's more likely it's just a plain old lung virus of some kind they use to deliver it with, one that is extremely rare so the chances are very few people are immune and won't have the mRNA penetrate ze cells.
