There is no deletion as far as I’m aware, NIP-09 is a deletion event but it only hides the message from clients that have a message with the Kind 5 tag 😊so in short no delete only hide.
🤷♂️I guess if you publish notes to only 1 relay that doesn’t broadcast out you technically can delete the notes by taking the relay offline

from what i trued, few relays (like relay.current.fyi ) wont honor it
