Dude I feel it everywhere. Apparently people are using AI tools to mass submit job applications while employer AI sifts through them. At some point we will probably go back to in person interviews and applications. It's hard to know what's real anymore. That's bear Matt's view anyway. Could be growing pains. How could we not have weird or negative outcomes early on?
