You may need to run a NOSTR relay. I had the same issue until I started running my own NOSTR relay on my Umbrel.

I just run an Umbrel node, and they have an app for running a private relay. It's made from a raspberry Pi 4 8GB, and a 1TB SSD. You can check out their website here: https://umbrel.com/

I've periodically checked to buy a raspberry pi for ~2 years and they are never in stock. I'll have to go a different route.

Yeah I feel you. I bought my setup about 2 years ago. Since then prices for all components (except for the ssd) have gone up in price.
