I like that my money has integrity again.

I like that it is digital, scarce, verifiable, and open.

That I've overcome the idea of it being "intangible" in the physical sense.

I like that I can send it anywhere to anyone, a property that only becomes easier depending on how I interact with it.

I can access it anywhere.

I like that Nostr is full of others who also use this money. Simultanteously exchanging value, and building the network.

I still believe in freedom. Even if for a while I'd almost forgotten.

Governments, nations, power structures can shift around us. But core ideas are hard to eliminate. Embers of fire that can never really be extinguished. At any time capable of catching flame again.

Satoshi came in and just Salt Bae'd the fuck out of the freedom fire with Bitcoin.

Nostr protects our speech and individuality. I may not be able to keep up with everything being built here. But that I'm here at all has been wildly invigorating.

The next ten years are going to be interesting.
