I post about this and I think yall think I’m joking but I genuinely am so tired of preparing and eating meals. Appetite seems suppressed. Usually that’s a sign of depression or burnout but I feel pretty ok. So hard to maintain my caloric needs. At the point I almost have to start exercising less because I cannot eat enough to keep up.
I get like this sometimes. Usually a sign that it’s time to try something new.. forbidden but controlled.
