MB, Nmn, NIR and organ meats is the way.

I increase my intake if I start feeling rundown, and make sure to get a little extra rest. Knocks it out of my system in no time.

Yeah, I take beef organs from Heart & Soil as it’s tough for me to find organ meat on the regular.

Heart and Soil is great! I have a subscription for my wife. It’s the only way she’ll take them.

I hunt and luckily have a local cattle producer that sells from their farm, so I can pick up when need to restock.
