Just One Thing by Dr Michael Mosley.

I really enjoyed it and lots of helpful info.

Whole Again by Jackson Mackenzie

Atomic Habits is hard to beat. The title is really what it comes down to. I’ve read many, here is no magic. Add journaling to what you’ve already read. A good summertime (I found inspiring) read is “Where the Crawdad’s Sing.” I’m the reader (and producer) in the family, ex-wife, daughter and granddaughter, not so much. Shame.

“Pound the Stone” tripped a switch in my nephew. It’s been years, he gets it, keeps at it and he still mentions. Went from rebellious to focused and gaining ground. He does have the thing that matters—desire.

Last thought, the simple things tend to work for that reason. The things you can easily keep in your mind. A phrase like:

I will …

I won’t …

I want …

can work wonders on goals. Life is sitting there for you to take! Don’t be shy about it!

thanks for the advice! đź’ś

your replies have been spectacular đź«‚
