They are on the brick wall, three, look like Mallards to me.
I would call that "Three abreast" not "in a row"... However, you could get all three of them with one arrow so I suppose there is a row there somewhere. We use arrows because the neighbors will come uncunted if you shot a gun, in that location, I guarantee it.
