And then break these down into smaller goals that build towards this major goal.

There are many resources available for whatever a person wants to learn.

Try and get them for as close to free as you can!

3. Hold Yourself Accountable

Document your learning. This will help you synthesize the information.

Ask pointed questions to direct what you need to learn next.
