somehow I've fckd up my nostr account while trying browser clients on pc and now my "followed" count is set to 62. if you see me "unfollowed" you, pls let me now 🙏🏻

Nostur iOS client has a solid restore option. When you login it tells you that you are missing followers and prompts you to add them back
