weird, I did

apt upgrade -t stable-backports

and nothing upgraded. Used to work

This did not work either

apt -t stable-backports install linux-image-amd64

In sources.list have backports

This command I used:

apt install -t bookworm-backports linux-image-6.4.0-0.deb12.2-amd64-unsigned

I also installed linux-headers-6.4.0-0.deb12.2-amd64
