Yeah, the F15 has been lucky with a good record, but it’s not really all that amazing considering it’s usually 1st world military up against 2nd or 3rd.

I think the F14 and its gaybo phoenix missile is much more representative of where we stand: They spent all that money, and it was only fired twice at an enemy aircraft…..both rockets failed and it retired without ever being used successfully. The iranians use it, sure, but then they’re in the same boat of outgunning retards w/ shoddier gear
