What would a programming language look like with #ecash as a datatype?

Handling payment should be shoved as far down the stack as possible.

Two fundamental things that need to be paid for in a computer:

- Storage

- Compute

There is also Energy.

Energy is more fundamental than storage and compute. Both storage and compute need energy, however storage and compute need more than just energy. There is extra cost for the arrangement of atoms into information media. I think Storage and Compute cover Energy.
