Your moving the goalposts.

Do you think if I would be responsible for that person's death? What does that specific situation have to do with cancel culture?

I’m not.

This is basically cancel culture. If you’re gonna expose people for saying things that the majority doesn’t believe, then you don’t respect those individual freedoms you gloat about as Americans.

Ive never gloated about them, because I'm not American 😂

I view this as people fucking around and finding out. I don't believe "Freedom of speech" means freedom from the social consequences of your speech. Talk shit, get hit.

I know you’re not lol it just gets annoying 😂

I like the idea of the 2nd amendment, the govt shouldn't jail you for saying things, good concept. A lot of people think it means you can say anything without any consequences though, which I think doesn't lead to a great society.

Remember Vivi 🤣🤣🤣

That’s the first amendment. Second amendment is guns lol

Yeah, not American lol 😂 I knew it was one of them 🤷‍♂️

Didn’t have the heart to correct him, Ryan was on a roll

I never learned this in school, in Canada we learn how to make igloos and survive the harsh winter.

Your logic was sound, I don't care what amendment it represents

👍

One of the greatest biggest problems with the Internet is not being able to take it outside. It's why people are so much more respectful when interacting in person.

I used to work doing phone support for a small local ISP. Customers would be total assholes on the phone, then when they came into the office and realized I was 6'3" 200lbs they got a lot nicer all of a sudden. They realized being an asshole may have consequences.

lol, one of the better parts of nostr is for now there are usually more people willing to think things out with you even from different perspectives

There’s another part of this human aspect that is interesting. People that served in the military had more fucked up ptsd when they were closer to the enemies they killed than the soldiers who killed from farther away. A lot of soldiers can’t even pull the trigger in combat because killing others is instinctively wrong. I think we evolved to be this way. So I think one reason why people are meaner on the phone is because it doesn’t feel like you’re talking to a human.

💯

And it's even worse when it's text on a screen.

Yes. It’s almost like you shouldn’t take things posted online too seriously

That'll never catch on 😅

I hear vivi is back in town 😂

N⭕ way, where?

One of the ⭕️ tards mentioned it but I don’t remember who lol
