I understand, nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm is only a non-custodial wallet, if I connect my own LND node. If used with the out of the box wallet that takes care of lightning channel management it's custodial, right?

Additionally, I must admit that I switched to using nos2x for signing in with extension in #Nostr on my mobile android with kiwi browser, because it didn't work with Alby.

But for zapping and especially for getting zaps Alby is still very convenient 😎

Hey there!

Alby provides Alby Account - coming with custodial lightning wallet and getalby.com LN address, and we manage channels for you etc.

We also build Alby Extension - which is open-source tool to use your wallets in the browser. You can connect your own node (LND o other), you can also connect Alby Account to the extension.

The same extension also can store your Nostr keys and help you use it on desktop.

Unfortunately we don't have Nostr solution for mobile yet - except for NWC, which enables #onetapzaps
