No. It’s the same annoying game like „please subscribe“, „leave me a like“ etc. The hunt for easy money
Sure, some people are in that mindset.
But not many. Zap farmers, They all eventually get blocked or reported...
Nostr isn't just about the zaps.
It's just a feature.

I hope you are right.
Cause I intentionally switched from twitter to Nostr in order to leave this extreme environment and to connect with fellows with good vibes and great (preferably Bitcoin) content, and not the hunt for sats
