I used to get sinus infections once a year around allergy season. Xylitol nasal spray 1x/day put an end to them over a decade ago. Easier and more effective than a Neti pot

I don't have allergies. Would that nasal spray still help or is it only for allergies?
It will prevent a sinus infection even without the allergies. Use it when you first start feeling stuffy before a full blown infection. The xylitol is anti inflammatory and more importantly anti microbial.
