Hmm I don't think adding Thai (directly) translated version of this would make the customers feel welcome as it would feel that you WANT sats. To make it more friendly, it'd be something like :
- ยินดีรับชำระด้วยไลท์นิง
- ชำระด้วยไลท์นิงได้ค่ะ
- ร้านนี้รับชำระด้วยไลท์นิง
- ร้านนี้รับไลท์นิงนะคะ

The first one sounds the most culturally, and gender, neautral. So, I'd go with that one.
