That's just jacked up. No wobblies after press and hold either? I feel really dumb asking this one, did you turn it off and turn it back on?
from the home screen i can get the wobbles to re-position apps, but i can't get the remove (negative sign) option for any apps.. ..i did reboot my phone hoping that would help, but no dice
