Descion making is a continual adjustment to actions taken in the pursuit of a goal.
You need discipline and consistency to follow a path to a conclusion, and the ability to accept the deviations and adjustments along the way.
I am not even sure the "judging" happens on basis of total lies, misrepresented information or truth. Who cares when I work if I show consistent progress and results. The responses seem to indicate constant misonformation. And everyone's expecting "their own thing" so I always get attacked.
