Sharing some progress our contributors have made on boot time -- previous was splash in ~45 seconds, and this experimental version reaches splash in ~19 and UI in ~28.

With a pair of tweezers, the Wi-Fi / BT can be permanently disabled. Those services are not active in our software anyway, but for those who would like enhanced assurances, pretty easy to permanently disable.
