Nostr fixes this for the government by not even needing a search warrant. Anybody can access anybody's posts at any time.

on a diff note, its probably safer as nym. If gov'ts (same anywhere around the world) triggers criminal defamation accusations, you will be stuck between the cops ransacking your mobile, laptop and all access that lead to it. Over here, you don't need search warrant as they will just confiscate your belonging and if you do not give in, they can imprison you. And if convicted, they can still put you in prison - and if you can afford bail - then its going to be a long court case. This system can be nasty - and its almost similar everywhere
