I just tried to swap using Cake, and had a substantial amount frozen by Sideshift.ai , which Cake uses, because their 3rd party service flagged my swap addresses as potentially illegal.
The funds actually came from Exolix, another swap service that Cake also uses, into Bitcoin addresses that I'd never used before, and were now being sent to an Ethereum address I've never used before.
They're saying they'll take 48 hours to review, and their response says they can place a hold on funds if they want, and demand KYC and potentially refuse to return funds, if I don't comply, depending on how serious whatever it got flagged for was.
This is very dangerous and shouldn't be in Cake at all.
