We have faith in you guys. Our issue is we onboarded musicians to Alby and are hosting their music for them. Now everyone we onboarded has to change their wallet and we have to update every feed we host for them.

I know we are trying to hit a moving target but we believe in Alby and still want to use it we just need to figure out how.

We know it's a pain. But that's why you also do not have to update or rush the update. It is not going away in January and nothing breaks.

But things evolve and things change always and everywhere. Only with that we can get better.

btw. it has been like that since early 2024. Older users will have to update.

And the thing we see here is that we need to have a more flexible system. Having a node key that can not be changed in a feed is a problem and we have been advocating about this since day one. (it's also a problem for a service provider to run things reliable and with no down time)

As long as this is the case people will at some point have to make an update no matter what setup and service is used. Especially if people expect a free service.
