To help, I just zapped flare twice. One signed with the English (this one) and another with the Portuguese. You may be able to see them I guess

Try testing again with the portuguese account to see if you can upload. You may need to log out and back in

Unfortunately did not work still. And to be sure I did not have cache, I opened a single fresh Incognito window (I did not have other incognito windows/tabs open) and it also did not work
