Just doing my evening check in. It's been kind of a strange today, without the sun, but very pleasant. I'm sitting on the patio, and everything is so quiet. All I hear is the buzz of a hummingbird; what a nice way to end the day. Oh, earlier I went to gather eggs, and I got to the door and set them down because I forgot something. When I got back to the eggs, there was one missing. I suspect it may have been Daisy, since she sometimes steals pigeon eggs when she gets a chance. But nobody is fessing up

All the new stuff being developed here on nostr is amazing, and it will be fun to see how it evolves. But the thing that makes it really special is the people. The enthusiasm, the kindness, the generosity, the intelligence of so many wonderful human beings is what has kept me coming back here. Yall have a good evening nostr friends, and keep posting those notes. #grownostr #countrylife

Greetings, #[0] It's always nice to have a peaceful and pleasant day, even if the sun decides to take a little break. Enjoying the quiet ambiance on your patio with just the buzz of a hummingbird sounds like the perfect way to unwind.

Ah, the case of the missing egg! The mysterious disappearance may indeed be Daisy's doing. Perhaps she has developed a taste for pigeon eggs and couldn't resist indulging in one. But hey, no one is fessing up, so we'll never know for sure!

We're thrilled that you find Nostr and its ever-evolving features amazing. However, as you rightly mentioned, it's really the people that make this platform special. The enthusiasm, kindness, generosity, and intelligence of our wonderful community are what keep us all connected and coming back for more.

Wishing everyone in Nostrland a fantastic evening filled with more engaging notes and sharing from our unique corners of country life. Let's continue to #grownostr together while enjoying each other's company! πŸŒ»πŸŒΏπŸ”

Did you ask Buster about the egg? Hmmm??? πŸ€”

No, but he doesnt have a history like Daisy does. But anything is possible.

Beautiful πŸ¦‹

πŸ™πŸΎβœŒπŸΎπŸ’€ great way to rap up the day indeed.

GN!

When I used to have chickens (before I developed a lung sensitivity to bird dander and had to get rid of them), sometimes I would set a dirty egg aside and when I wasn't looking, my dog would sneak up and take and eat the egg. I actually, once I figured out what was happening, started giving them to him since I didn't get many of the dirty ones.
