You can't. Cats need taurine to survive.
cats need taurine and other proteins which they only get get from animal food. Their teeth and their digestive tract are not efficient for breaking down plant material.
Commercially prepared vegetarian cat foods with additives are available, but one had to monitor the cats health very closely. I would not do this. Cats are carnivores.
There is no reason to make a carnivore vegetarian! you will only harm it. Stick to "Royal Canin 37" if the cat is sterilised .
