I’ve thought about enabling this a lot recently. It’s not super clear from Apple’s explanation, though, what the trade offs are (with regard to miscellaneous apps or limited web browsing).

What do you find still works, or doesn’t, that your average person is accustomed to enjoying?

Boston - for years, I was told that *sideloading* was difficult and dangerous on my phone. Recently I tried it. It was so simple! EXACTLY the same as 20 years of downloading an app for my Mac or Windows laptop and installing it, sourced directly from the publisher, (having done my own DD, of course).

My point is: if apple make it sound scary, but you managed to get on Nostr in 2023, you can do it!

Besides, it's reversible.

Worst case is less phone use. And that's a good thing!
